18 | 18 | | Whereas, Wisconsin proudly leads the nation as a top state in manufacturing |

19 | 19 | | jobs per capita, according to the most recent U.S. Census data; and |

20 | 20 | | Whereas, Wisconsin's manufacturing sector has remained robust and resilient, |

21 | 21 | | creating a total of 9,300 new manufacturing jobs in the past year alone; and |

22 | 22 | | Whereas, Wisconsin continues to support its manufacturing sectors by |

23 | 23 | | investing in programs to help the manufacturing sector succeed and expand the |

24 | 24 | | talent pipeline, including supporting programs like registered and youth |

25 | 25 | | apprenticeships, which provide on-the-job training, as well supporting programs to |
