10	10	2 predator management advisory board director term periods;
11	11	3 requiring sportsman and hunter directors to have held a
12	12	4 valid fishing or hunting license within the previous
13	13	5 twenty-four months; removing staggered term limits for
14	14	6 sportsmen and hunter directors; and providing for an
15	15	7 effective date.

19	19	11. W.S. 11-6-202(a)(i), (ii), (iv) and (v) is

25	25	2 (a) The affairs of each district shall be
26	26	3 administered by a board of directors, each of whom shall be
27	27	4 a bona fide resident of Wyoming. Directors for the
28	28	5 positions identified in paragraphs (i) and (ii) of this
29	29	6 subsection shall be elected at an annual meeting of
30	30	7 district livestock owners. Directors for the positions
31	31	8 identified in paragraphs (iv) and (v) of this subsection
32	32	9 shall be appointed as described. The composition of the
33	33	10 board shall be as follows:

35	35	12 (i) Three (3) directors shall be sheep owners
36	36	13 having paid predator management fees on sheep in the
37	37	14 district in the year preceding election. At each subsequent
38	38	15 annual district meeting one (1) director shall be elected
39	39	16 for a three (3) year term, and no director shall serve more
40	40	17. Subject to the provisions of W.S.
41	41	18 11-6-203(a), all sheep owners whether an individual,
42	42	19 corporation or partnership, having paid predator management
43	43	20 fees on sheep in the district regardless of the domicile of
44	44	21 the sheep, are entitled to one (1) vote at the meeting;

46	46	2 having paid predator management fees on cattle in the
47	47	3 district in the year preceding election. At each subsequent
48	48	4 annual district meeting one (1) director shall be elected
49	49	5 for a three (3) year term
50	50	6. Subject to the provisions of W.S.
51	51	7 11-6-203(a), all cattle owners whether an individual,
52	52	8 corporation or partnership, having paid predator management
53	53	9 fees on cattle in the district regardless of the domicile
54	54	10 of the cattle, are entitled to one (1) vote at the meeting;

56	56	12 (iv) The board of county commissioners shall
57	57	13 appoint to serve for an
58	58	14 initial term of two (2) years and thereafter for three (3)
59	59	15 year terms from electors in the county not engaged in
60	60	16 raising sheep or cattle. No

64	64	20 (v) If the board of directors determines state
65	65	21 funds are necessary for an effective predator management
66	66	22 program to assure the statutory requirements provided in

68	68	1 appropriated and received for that purpose, then three (3)
69	69	2 directors representing sportsmen and hunters from the
70	70	3 district shall be appointed to the board of directors by
71	71	4 the county commissioners serving the local district.
72	72	5 Sportsmen and hunter representatives shall be bona fide
73	73	6 residents of the district not engaged in raising sheep or
74	74	7 cattle and shall hold or have held a valid Wyoming fishing
75	75	8 or hunting license within the preceding
76	76	9 month period. County commissioners, to
77	77	10 the greatest extent practical, shall select sportsmen and
78	78	11 hunter representatives to ensure representation from as
79	79	12 broad a geographic distribution of the district as
80	80	13 possible. The

84	84	17 (2) years and shall serve
