2525 2 (a) The affairs of each district shall be
2626 3 administered by a board of directors, each of whom shall be
2727 4 a bona fide resident of Wyoming. Directors for the
2828 5 positions identified in paragraphs (i) and (ii) of this
2929 6 subsection shall be elected at an annual meeting of
3030 7 district livestock owners. Directors for the positions
3131 8 identified in paragraphs (iv) and (v) of this subsection
3232 9 shall be appointed as described. The composition of the
3333 10 board shall be as follows:

3535 12 (i) Three (3) directors shall be sheep owners
3636 13 having paid predator management fees on sheep in the
3737 14 district in the year preceding election. At each subsequent
3838 15 annual district meeting one (1) director shall be elected
3939 16 for a three (3) year term, and no director shall serve more
4040 17. Subject to the provisions of W.S.
4141 18 11-6-203(a), all sheep owners whether an individual,
4242 19 corporation or partnership, having paid predator management
4343 20 fees on sheep in the district regardless of the domicile of
4444 21 the sheep, are entitled to one (1) vote at the meeting;

4646 2 having paid predator management fees on cattle in the
4747 3 district in the year preceding election. At each subsequent
4848 4 annual district meeting one (1) director shall be elected
4949 5 for a three (3) year term
5050 6. Subject to the provisions of W.S.
5151 7 11-6-203(a), all cattle owners whether an individual,
5252 8 corporation or partnership, having paid predator management
5353 9 fees on cattle in the district regardless of the domicile
5454 10 of the cattle, are entitled to one (1) vote at the meeting;

5656 12 (iv) The board of county commissioners shall

5858 14 initial term of two (2) years and thereafter for three (3)
5959 15 year terms from electors in the county not engaged in
6060 16 raising sheep or cattle. No

6464 20 (v) If the board of directors determines state
6565 21 funds are necessary for an effective predator management
6666 22 program to assure the statutory requirements provided in

6868 1 appropriated and received for that purpose, then three (3)
6969 2 directors representing sportsmen and hunters from the
7070 3 district shall be appointed to the board of directors by
7171 4 the county commissioners serving the local district.
7272 5 Sportsmen and hunter representatives shall be bona fide
7373 6 residents of the district not engaged in raising sheep or
7474 7 cattle and shall hold or have held a valid Wyoming fishing
7575 8 or hunting license within the preceding
7676 9 month period. County commissioners, to
7777 10 the greatest extent practical, shall select sportsmen and
7878 11 hunter representatives to ensure representation from as
7979 12 broad a geographic distribution of the district as
