2119 8. W.S. 9-1-225 is created to read:

25-12 Unless a newly elected governor issues an executive order
26-13 extending a lawfully issued executive order, executive

30-1 expire thirty (30) days after the previous governor leaves
31-2 office. No executive order shall be effective for longer
32-3 than thirty (30) days after the governor who issued the
33-4 order leaves office.
23+12 Unless the governor issues an executive order extending a
24+13 lawfully issued executive order, executive orders issued by

26+1 governor's term or thirty (30) days after the governor
27+2 leaves office, whichever is sooner. No executive order
28+3 shall be effective for longer than thirty (30) days after
29+4 the governor who issued the order leaves office.
