23	21		13 (i) "Appropriation" means the authorizations granted by
24	22		14 the legislature under this act to make expenditures from and to
25	23		15 incur obligations against the general fund and other funds as

30	26		2 (ii) "FF" means federal funds;

32	28		4 (iii) "PR" means private funding sources;

42	38		14 (b) Appropriations for projects in this act remain in effect
43	39		15 until the project is completed, unless otherwise provided. The
44	40		16 amounts appropriated for projects under this act shall be expended
45	41		17 only on the projects specified and any unexpended, unobligated
46	42		18 funds remaining upon completion of a project shall revert to the
47	43		19 accounts from which they were appropriated, unless otherwise
48	44		20 provided. The amounts appropriated in this act are intended to
49	45		21 provide a maximum amount for each project from any source
50	46		22 excluding contingency funding and shall not be construed to be an
