| 31 | 31 | | 9 the result of a breach of contract or otherwise unlawful |

| 32 | 32 | | 10 conduct on the part of the person holding a firearm for |

| 35 | 35 | | 13 (c) As used in this section, "firearm hold agreement" |

| 38 | 38 | | 16 possession of the firearm owner's lawfully possessed |
