1 AN ACT relating to crimes and offenses; authorizing persons
2 convicted of aggravated homicide by vehicle to be issued an
3 ignition interlock restricted license as specified;
4 specifying applicability; and providing for an effective

14 (d) Any person convicted of aggravated homicide by

1 operating or driving a vehicle in violation of W.S.
2 31-5-233 shall not be issued an ignition interlock
3 restricted license under W.S. 31-5-233 or 31-7-401 through
4 31-7-404

8This act shall apply to persons convicted
9 of aggravated homicide by vehicle for causing the death of
10 another person while operating or driving a vehicle in
11 violation of W.S. 31-5-233 before, on and after July 1,
12 2025.

14This act is effective July 1, 2025
