FISCAL NOTE

Senate Bill 108 as introduced makes supplemental appropriations from the State General Fund for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2022, in the following amounts to the following entities: (1) $30,000,000 to the Alabama Corrections Institution Finance Authority (ACIFA) Program within Debt Service; (2) $2,995,111 to the Board of Pardons and Paroles; (3) $5,300,000 to the Department of Forensic Sciences; (4) $5,587,531 to the Department of Human Resources; (5) $6,000,000 to the Alabama Department of Veterans Affairs; (6) $7,000,000 to the Department of Agriculture and Industries; (7) $7,043,500 to the Alabama State Law Enforcement Agency; (8) $1,000,000 to the Department of Senior Services; (9) $1,500,000 to the Alabama Medical Cannabis Commission; (10) $1,500,000 to the Alabama Tourism Department; (11) $1,500,000 to the Department of Environmental Management; (12) $1,500,000 to the Alabama Forestry Commission; and (13) $24,696,745 to the General Fund Budget Reserve Fund.

This bill also makes a supplemental appropriation of $222,465 from the Alabama Board of Examiners in Counseling Fund to the Alabama Board of Examiners in Counseling for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2022.
