An unlicensed medical transport service may not transport a patient who requires a stretcher. This bill would authorize a medical transport service to transport a patient who requires a stretcher, gurney, or cot to medical care services in non-emergency medical circumstances. This bill would also provide that the State Board of Health may adopt rules to enforce this authorization.
