67- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Section 41-1509, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read: START_STATUTE41-1509. Career landscape information collection; distribution; posting; definitions A. The authority shall annually collect and compile all of the following information: 1. The most in-demand jobs in this state, including the starting salary, and required education level and ESTIMATED number of positions available for each of these jobs. 2. The average cost to attend each of the following: (a) Each university under the jurisdiction of the Arizona board of regents. (b) Community colleges. (c) Vocational programs as data is readily available through the U.S. United States department of education. (d) Private postsecondary institutions as data is readily available through the U.S. United States department of education. 3. The lowest to highest median monthly student loan payment among undergraduate fields of study for individuals who attended each of the following: (a) Each university under the jurisdiction of the Arizona board of regents. (b) Community colleges. (c) Vocational programs as data is readily available through the U.S. United States department of education. (d) Private postsecondary institutions as data is readily available through the U.S. United States department of education. 4. The three-year student loan default rate of individuals who attended each of the following: (a) Each university under the jurisdiction of the Arizona board of regents. (b) Community colleges. (c) Vocational programs as data is readily available through the U.S. United States department of education. (d) Private postsecondary institutions as data is readily available through the U.S. United States department of education. 5. The graduation rate for each of the following: (a) Each university under the jurisdiction of the Arizona board of regents. (b) Community colleges. (c) Vocational programs as data is readily available through the U.S. United States department of education. (d) Private postsecondary institutions as data is readily available through the U.S. United States department of education. 6. The completion rates for all of the following: (a) Department of economic security-approved and United States department of labor-approved apprenticeship programs, as collected by the department of economic security. (b) High school equivalency programs in this state. (c) Career and technical education programs. 7. The lowest to highest median starting earnings among undergraduate fields of study for individuals who graduated from each of the following: (a) Each university under the jurisdiction of the Arizona board of regents. (b) Community colleges. (c) Vocational programs as data is readily available through the U.S. United States department of education. (d) Private postsecondary institutions as data is readily available through the U.S. United states department of education. B. Not later than December 1 of each year, the authority shall transmit the information collected and compiled pursuant to subsection A of this section to each public high school in this state to distribute to students. C. All state agencies, universities under the jurisdiction of the Arizona board of regents, community colleges, vocational programs and private postsecondary institutions shall provide data, reports and other information as requested by the authority to fulfill the requirements of this section. D. Not later than October 1 of each year, all state agencies, universities under the jurisdiction of the Arizona board of regents, community colleges, vocational programs and private postsecondary institutions shall provide the data, reports and other information necessary to fulfill the requirements of this section to the authority. E. The authority shall make the information collected and compiled pursuant to subsection A of this section publicly available and shall post this information on its website. F. For the purposes of this section: 1. "Community college" has the same meaning prescribed in section 15-1401. 2. "Vocational program" has the same meaning prescribed in section 15-1831. END_STATUTE

Prohibitions Except as authorized under this title: 1. No person or group of persons shall transact business within the scope of this chapter, or do any business under any name or title, or circulate or use any advertising, or make any representation or give any information to any person, which that indicates or reasonably implies the operation of a business which that is within the scope of this chapter. 2. No foreign savings and loan association or savings bank shall be admitted or allowed to maintain an office in this state to transact the business of a savings and loan association or savings bank.
