65	78		Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Appropriation; Arizona state parks board; Glassford Dells regional park A. The sum of $3,500,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2023-2024 to the Arizona state parks board. The Arizona state parks board may not distribute the monies appropriated by this section until Yavapai county, the city of Prescott and the town of Prescott Valley jointly demonstrate to the state parks board that the county, city and town have a commitment for matching monies of gifts, grants and donations in the amount of at least $3,500,000 for the Glassford Dells regional park from sources other than this state. B. If the condition described in subsection A of this section is met, the state parks board shall distribute the monies appropriated by subsection A of this section as follows: 1. The board shall distribute $1,750,000 to the city of Prescott for the Glassford Dells regional park. 2. The board shall distribute $1,750,000 to the town of Prescott Valley for the Glassford Dells regional park.
