Unlawful possession, use or manufacturing of a pulsar manipulation device; classification; definition A. It is unlawful to knowingly use or manufacture a pulsar manipulation device. B. A violation of this section is a class 3 felony. C. For the purposes of this section, "pulsar manipulation device" means a mechanical or electronic device that can manipulate the dispenser meter of a fuel pump. END_STATUTE | |
