amending title 13, chapter 37, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 13-3733; relating to crimes.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Title 13, chapter 37, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 13-3733, to read: START_STATUTE13-3733. Unlawful possession, use or manufacturing of a pulsar manipulation device; classification; definition A. It is unlawful to knowingly use or manufacture a pulsar manipulation device. B. A violation of this section is a class 3 felony. C. For the purposes of this section, "pulsar manipulation device" means a mechanical or electronic device that can manipulate the dispenser meter of a fuel pump. END_STATUTE
