65		-	Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Title 13, chapter 38, article 3, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 13-3828, to read: START_STATUTE13-3828. Registered sex offenders; school notification~~; probation officer verification A.~~ A person who is required to register pursuant to section 13-3821 and who is the legal guardian of a student at a public or private school ~~must~~ annually provide a notice of the person's registration status to the ~~principal or administrator of the~~ public or private school ~~within ten days after the student's enrollment in the school~~. B. if the person who is required to register is on probation at the time of the student's enrollment, the person's probation officer shall ANNUALLY determine if subsection A of this section Applies to the probationer and, if applicable, shall verify that the school has received the notification. END_STATUTE
