An Act
amending title 13, chapter 38, article 3, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 13-3828; relating to the registration of sex offenders.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Title 13, chapter 38, article 3, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 13-3828, to read: START_STATUTE13-3828. Registered sex offenders; school notification; probation officer verification A. A person who is required to register pursuant to section 13-3821 and who is the legal guardian of a student at a public or private school must annually provide a notice of the person's registration status to the principal or administrator of the public or private school within ten days after the student's enrollment in the school. B. if the person who is required to register is on probation at the time of the student's enrollment, the person's probation officer shall ANNUALLY determine if subsection A of this section Applies to the probationer and, if applicable, shall verify that the school has received the notification. END_STATUTE
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 13, chapter 38, article 3, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 13-3828, to read:

A.
