67	78		Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Reduced appropriation; department of gaming; transfer of monies A. The amount appropriated to the department of gaming pursuant to Laws 2023, chapter 133, section 41 is reduced by $10,000,000. B. On the effective date of this act, monies are transferred from the department of gaming to the state general fund in the amount of either $10,000,000 or the amount of monies remaining unexpended and unencumbered from the appropriation made by Laws 2023, chapter 133, section 41, whichever is less.
