                            Senate Bill No. 361 CHAPTER 63 An act relating to maintenance districts, and declaring the urgency thereof, to take effect immediately. This act is an urgency statute necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, or safety within the meaning of Article IV of the California Constitution and shall go into immediate effect. The facts constituting the necessity are:In order for the Landscaping and Lighting District of the City of La Puente to utilize seven million dollars ($7,000,000) that was granted to the district in October, 2016, it is necessary for this act take immediate effect.
