AN ACT CONCERNING THE DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AND ELIGIBLE BUSINESS FACILITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. (NEW) (Effective July 1, 2010) The Commissioner of Economic and Community Development may issue a certificate of eligibility to a business that meets the requirements of subsection (b) of section 32-9j of the general statutes. Such certificate shall specify such business is an "eligible business facility", as defined in said section.
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:
