1818 AN ACT REQUIRING THE ASSOCIATION OF A COMMON INTEREST
1919 COMMUNITY TO PROVIDE DETAILED EXPENDITURE NOTICES TO
2020 THE UNIT OWNERS.
2121 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
2222 Assembly convened:

2424 That section 47-260 of the general statutes be amended to require the 1
2525 association of a common interest community to notify all unit owners 2
2626 of any personnel hired by the association including, but not limited to, 3
2727 consultants, contractors, maintenance personnel, accountants or other 4
2828 individuals hired by the board to perform tasks on behalf of the 5
2929 association. Such notification shall be in writing and include the 6
3030 individual's or entity's name, job title, job description and the amounts 7
3131 paid to such individual or entity. 8
3232 Statement of Purpose:
3333 To require the association of a common interest community to provide
3434 detailed expenditure notices to the unit owners.
