914 AN ACT CONCERNING AC CESS TO INFORMATION ON EARLY
1015 CHILDHOOD INTERVENTI ONS.
1116 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
1217 Assembly convened:

14-Section 1. (NEW) (Effective July 1, 2019) (a) Not later than January 1,
15-2020, the Office of Early Childhood shall create a one-page document
16-that (1) lists important developmental milestones experienced by
17-children ages birth to five years, and (2) contains notice that any parent
18-or guardian who is concerned that such parent or guardian's child has
19-not met one or more such developmental milestones may access the
20-Office of Early Childhood Child Development Infoline for information
21-concerning appropriate services. The office shall make such document
22-available on its Internet web site.
23-(b) On and after February 1, 2020, each operator of a child care
24-center, group child care home or family child care home, as described
25-in section 19a-77 of the general statutes, shall post a copy of the
26-document developed pursuant to subsection (a) of this section in a
27-conspicuous place on the premises of such child care center, group
28-child care home or family child care home.
