AN ACT CONCERNING WA TER FOWL HUNTING AT CALF PASTURE
BEACH IN NORWALK.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
Section 1. (NEW) (Effective October 1, 2019) No person shall engage 1
in water fowl hunting in the area known as Calf Pasture Beach in 2
Norwalk for the period commencing October 1, 2019, and ending 3
October 1, 2021. Nothing in this section shall prohibit the city of 4
Norwalk from undertaking the management of geese populations in 5
such area. Nothing in this section shall be construed to limit fishing or 6
shell fishing in said area. 7
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following
sections:
