921 AN ACT CONCERNING TH E BOLTON LAKES REGIO NAL WATER
1022 POLLUTION CONTROL AU THORITY.
1123 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
1224 Assembly convened:

14-Section 1. (Effective from passage) (a) As used in this section, "Bolton
15-Lakes Regional Water Pollution Control Authority" means the regional
16-water pollution control authority established on April 23, 2003,
17-pursuant to the provisions of sections 22a-500 to 22a-519, inclusive, of
18-the general statutes, by adoption of concurrent ordinances of the
19-legislative bodies of the towns of Bolton and Vernon and "board of
20-directors" means the board of directors of such authority appointed in
21-accordance with the provisions of such concurrent ordinances.
22-(b) Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (c) of section 22a-
23-500 of the general statutes, subdivision (14) of subsection (a) of section
24-22a-501 of the general statutes or subsection (b) of section 22a-517 of the
25-general statutes, any regulation adopted by the Commissioner of
26-Energy and Environmental Protection pursuant to subsection (l) of
27-section 22a-424 of the general statutes, any ordinance adopted by the
28-towns of Bolton, Vernon, Manchester or Coventry, including any
29-amendment to such ordinance, and any agreement entered into
30-pursuant to any such provision, the board of directors of the Bolton
31-Lakes Regional Water Pollution Control Authority may authorize the Senate Bill No. 701
