No Fiscal Impact
There is no fiscal impact resulting from the amendment, which adds
energy storage projects paired with certain hydropower facilities to
eligible projects that the Department of Energy and Environmental
Protection may issue requests for proposals for in the underlying bill.
The amendment also eliminates a reporting requirement for
municipal utilities. This change has no fiscal impact.
