RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE DISPOSITION OF CERTAIN CLAIMS
AGAINST THE STATE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 53 OF THE
GENERAL STATUTES.
Resolved by this Assembly:
Section 1. That the decision of the Claims Commissioner, file number 1
24425 of said commissioner, involving the claim against the state in 2
excess of twenty thousand dollars of Darlene Walker, is confirmed. 3
Sec. 2. That the decision of the Claims Commissioner, file number 4
25348 of said commissioner, involving the claim against the state in 5
excess of twenty thousand dollars of Carlton Wallace, is confirmed. 6
Sec. 3. That the decision of the Claims Commissioner, file number 7
25746 of said commissioner, involving the claim against the state in 8
excess of twenty thousand dollars of Patrick Batchelor, is confirmed. 9
Sec. 4. That the decision of the Claims Commissioner, file number 10
25461 of said commissioner, involving the claim against the state in 11
excess of twenty thousand dollars of William Billington, is confirmed. 12
Sec. 5. That the decision of the Claims Commissioner, file number 13
