Explanation
The bill establishes a task force to study a housing opportunities tax
credit, a task force to study homelessness, and a task force to study
rental savings accounts resulting in no fiscal impact to the state because
the task forces have the expertise to meet the requirements of the bill.
House "A" alters the number of members serving on the housing
opportunities tax credit task force, establishes a task force to study
homelessness, and a task force to study rental savings accounts resulting
in the fiscal impact described above.
