| 34 | 34 | | including grants for the elevation of structures above minimum 21 |

| 35 | 35 | | flood elevations; the demolition and reconstruction of 22 |

| 36 | 36 | | structures above minimum flood elevations; and the acquisition 23 |

| 37 | 37 | | of land with structures at risk of flooding. 24 |

| 38 | 38 | | Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 25 |
