58 | 58 | | one zip code that the institution serves but does not currently 33 |

59 | 59 | | have a campus or a center in that area. Subject to appropriation 34 |
---|
60 | 60 | | of funds by the Legislature, the department may award grants to 35 |
---|
61 | 61 | | institutions that apply for grants pursuant to this subsection. 36 |
---|
62 | 62 | | The Department of Economic Opportunity shall partner with each 37 |
---|
63 | 63 | | Florida College System institution receiving a grant under this 38 |
---|
64 | 64 | | section to provide insight into serving the needs of the 39 |
---|
65 | 65 | | residents of the zip codes being provided workforce education 40 |
---|
66 | 66 | | and training under the program. 41 |

67 | 67 | | (3) The State Board of Education shall adopt rules to 42 |
