| 28 | 28 | | (1) The Emergency Preparedness and Response Fund is 15 |

| 30 | 30 | | (2) The fund is established for use as a depositor y for 17 |

| 31 | 31 | | moneys specifically transferred or appropriated to the fund. The 18 |

| 32 | 32 | | moneys deposited in the fund are available as a primary funding 19 |

| 33 | 33 | | source for the Governor for purposes of preparing for or 20 |
