34 | 34 | | power to charge reasonable fees, rentals , or charges for the use 21 |

35 | 35 | | or operation of facilities and concessions in state parks ., and 22 |

36 | 36 | | All such fees, rentals, and c harges so collected must shall be 23 |

37 | 37 | | deposited in the State Treasury to the credit of "State Park 24 |

38 | 38 | | Trust Fund," which is hereby created, the continuing balance of 25 |

54 | 54 | | hereafter acquired for state park purposes. The appropriation of 29 |

55 | 55 | | the said fund shall be continuing, and may shall not revert to 30 |
---|
56 | 56 | | the General Revenue Fund at the end of any fiscal year or at any 31 |
---|
57 | 57 | | other time but shall, until expended, be continually available 32 |
---|
58 | 58 | | to the said division for the uses and purposes set forth. 33 |

59 | 59 | | (b)(2) Any moneys received in trust by the division by 34 |
---|
60 | 60 | | gift, devise, appropriation, or otherwise shall, su bject to the 35 |
---|
61 | 61 | | terms of such trust, be deposited with the Chief Financial 36 |
---|
62 | 62 | | Officer in a fund to be known as the "State Park Trust Fund," 37 |
---|
63 | 63 | | and shall be subject to withdrawal upon application of the such 38 |
---|
64 | 64 | | division for expenditure or investment in accordance with the 39 |
---|
65 | 65 | | terms of the trust. Unless prohibited by the terms of the trust 40 |
---|
66 | 66 | | by which the moneys are derived, all of such moneys may be 41 |
---|
67 | 67 | | invested as provided by law. 42 |

68 | 68 | | (2) RESERVATIONS.— 43 |

69 | 69 | | (a) The Division of Recreation and Parks shall allow 44 |

70 | 70 | | individuals to make rese rvations for state park cabins and 45 |
---|
71 | 71 | | campsites, including sites for RV, tent, boat, and equestrian 46 |
---|
72 | 72 | | camping, as follows: 47 |

73 | 73 | | 1. For Florida residents, reservations up to 11 months in 48 |
---|
74 | 74 | | advance; and 49 |

75 | 75 | | 2. For nonresidents, reservations up to 10 months in 50 |
