2929 Section 1. Section 627.64198, Florida Statutes, is created 16

3333 (1) A health insurance policy issued or renewed on or 20
3434 after January 1, 2024, must provide coverage and payment, 21
3535 without imposing a deductible, copayment, coinsurance, or any 22
3636 other cost-sharing requirement, for annual skin cancer 23
3737 screenings performed by a dermatologist licensed pursuant to 24
3838 chapter 458 or chapter 459. Payment for such screenings must be 25

108108 Section 4. This act shall take effect July 1, 2023. 71
