2323 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 10

2525 Section 1. Paragraph (d) of subsection (3) of section 12
2626 119.071, Florida Statutes, is amended to read: 13
2727 119.071 General exemptions from inspection or copying of 14
2828 public records.— 15
2929 (3) SECURITY AND FIRESAFETY. — 16
3030 (d)1. Information relating to the Nationwide Public Sa fety 17
3131 Broadband Network established pursuant to 47 U.S.C. ss. 1401 et 18
3232 seq., held by an agency is confidential and exempt from s. 19
3333 119.07(1) and s. 24(a), Art. I of the State Constitution if 20
3434 release of such information would reveal: 21
3535 1.a. The design, development, construction, deployment, 22
3636 and operation of network facilities; 23
3737 2.b. Network coverage, including geographical maps 24

6767 Section 2. This act shall take effect October 1, 2023. 42
