- Expands the types of facilities that may apply for a provisional child care license or
registration from a family day care home to a child care facility, a family day care home,
or a large family day care home. This expands the scope of the original bill to allow larger
facilities that employ child care professionals in non-residential settings to obtain a
provisional license to operate.
