| 54 | 54 | | (2) A person who violates this section commits a 29 |

| 55 | 55 | | misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 30 |
|---|
| 56 | 56 | | 775.082 or s. 775.083. 31 |

| 57 | 57 | | (3) A food establishment that distributes or sel ls 32 |
|---|
| 58 | 58 | | cultivated meat in violation of this section is subject to 33 |
|---|
| 59 | 59 | | disciplinary action pursuant to s. 500.121. 34 |
|---|
| 60 | 60 | | (4) In addition to the penalties provided in this section, 35 |
|---|
| 61 | 61 | | the license of any restaurant, store, or other business may be 36 |
|---|
| 62 | 62 | | suspended as provided in t he applicable licensing law upon the 37 |
|---|
| 63 | 63 | | conviction of an owner or employee of that business for a 38 |
|---|
| 64 | 64 | | violation of this section in connection with that business. 39 |
|---|
| 65 | 65 | | (5) A product found to be in violation of this section is 40 |
|---|
| 66 | 66 | | subject to s. 500.172 and an immediate st op-sale order. 41 |
|---|
| 67 | 67 | | (6) The department may adopt rules to implement this 42 |
|---|
| 68 | 68 | | section. 43 |
|---|
| 69 | 69 | | Section 3. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law. 44 |
