2222 Section 1. Subsection (1) of section 193.624, Florida 9

2424 193.624 Assessment of renewable energy source devices. — 11
2525 (1) As used in this section, the term "renewable energy 12
2626 source device" means any of the following equipment that 13
2727 collects, transmits, stores, or uses solar energy, wind energy, 14
28-or energy derived from geothermal deposits or biogas as defined 15
29-in s. 366.91(2): 16
30- (a) Solar energy collectors, photovoltaic modules, and 17
31-inverters. 18
32- (b) Storage tanks and other storage systems, excluding 19
33-swimming pools used as storage tanks. 20
34- (c) Rockbeds. 21
35- (d) Thermostats and other control devices. 22
36- (e) Heat exchange devices. 23
37- (f) Pumps and fans. 24
38- (g) Roof ponds. 25
28+or energy derived from geothermal deposits or biogas: 15

70-landfill waste, livestock farm waste, including manure, food 45
71-waste, or treated wastewater into renewable natural gas as 46
