| 30 | 30 | | facilitated by a licensed importer, licensed manufacturer, or 17 |

| 31 | 31 | | licensed dealer. A person who violates this subsection commits a 18 |

| 32 | 32 | | felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 19 |

| 33 | 33 | | 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084. The prohibitions of this 20 |

| 34 | 34 | | subsection do not apply to the purchase of a rifle or shotgun by 21 |

| 35 | 35 | | a law enforcement officer or correctional officer, as those 22 |
