15 | | - | in writing or electronically on forms prescribed by the |
---|
16 | | - | Department, has paid the required fees, and meets both of the |

17 | | - | following criteria: |

18 | | - | (1) Is of good moral character. In determining moral |
---|
19 | | - | character, the Department may take into consideration any |
---|
20 | | - | felony conviction or plea of guilty or nolo contendere of |
---|
21 | | - | the applicant, but such a conviction or plea shall not |

41 | | - | speech-language pathologist that is comparable to that |
---|
42 | | - | completed in a speech-language pathology assistant program |
---|
43 | | - | in this State. |
