30	30	Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented 2
31	31	in the General Assembly: 3

33	33	Section 5. The following named amounts, or so much thereof 4
34	34	as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects hereinafter 5
35	35	named, are appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the 6
36	36	Department of Human Services for family and community services 7
37	37	and related distributive purposes, including such federal funds 8
38	38	as are made available by the federal government for the 9
