413 2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
514 3 represented in the General Assembly:
615 4 Section 5. The State Finance Act is amended by adding

9-7 Sec. 5.992. The Opioid Antagonist Bulk Purchase Fund.

11-9 Sec. 6z-139. The Opioid Antagonist Bulk Purchase Fund.
12-10 (a) The Opioid Antagonist Bulk Purchase Fund is created as
20+9 Sec. 6z-139. The Opiate Antagonist Bulk Purchase Fund.
21+10 (a) The Opiate Antagonist Bulk Purchase Fund is created as
1322 11 a special fund in the State treasury. The Fund may receive
1423 12 gifts, grants, bequests, donations, and moneys from any other
1524 13 lawful source, public or private. Any interest earned on
1625 14 moneys in the Fund shall be deposited into the Fund.
17-15 (b) Subject to appropriation, moneys in the Opioid
26+15 (b) Subject to appropriation, moneys in the Opiate
1827 16 Antagonist Bulk Purchase Fund shall be used by the Department
19-17 of Human Services for bulk purchasing of opioid antagonists
20-18 and for the making of grants for the distribution of opioid

22-20 (c) The Department of Human Services shall adopt rules
