1111 1 AN ACT concerning education.
1212 2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
1313 3 represented in the General Assembly:
1414 4 Section 5. The School Code is amended by changing Section
1515 5 3-14.9 as follows:

1717 7 Sec. 3-14.9. Elevation of standard of teaching -
1818 8 Improvement of schools. To labor in every practicable way to
1919 9 elevate the standard of teaching and improve the condition of
2020 10 the common schools of the regional superintendent's his
2121 11 county, including designation as an eligible learning partner
2222 12 in any iteration of the Statewide System of Support in order to
2323 13 provide services to local and other schools designated to
2424 14 receive such services by the State Board of Education.
