11	11	1 AN ACT concerning education.
12	12	2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
13	13	3 represented in the General Assembly:
14	14	4 Section 5. The School Code is amended by changing Section
15	15	5 3-14.9 as follows:
16	16	6 (105 ILCS 5/3-14.9) (from Ch. 122, par. 3-14.9)
17	17	7 Sec. 3-14.9. Elevation of standard of teaching -
18	18	8 Improvement of schools. To labor in every practicable way to
19	19	9 elevate the standard of teaching and improve the condition of
20	20	10 the common schools of the regional superintendent's his
21	21	11 county, including designation as an eligible learning partner
22	22	12 in any iteration of the Statewide System of Support in order to
23	23	13 provide services to local and other schools designated to
24	24	14 receive such services by the State Board of Education.
