AN ACT concerning transportation.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The State Finance Act is amended by changing
Section 6z-115 as follows:
(30 ILCS 105/6z-115)
Sec. 6z-115. The 100 Club of Illinois Fund; creation. The
100 Club of Illinois Fund is created as a special fund in the
State treasury. Subject to appropriation to the Secretary of
State, moneys in the Fund shall be used to make grants to the
100 Club of Illinois for the purpose of giving financial
support to children and spouses of first responders killed in
the line of duty and mental health resources for , a
not-for-profit charitable organization that provides resources
to the families of first responders killed in the line of duty
and active duty first responders.

Section 10. The Illinois Vehicle Code is amended by
changing Section 3-699.14 as follows:
