9	9	1 AN ACT concerning property.
10	10	2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
11	11	3 represented in the General Assembly:
12	12	4 Section 5. The Executive Director of the Lake County
13	13	5 Forest Preserve District, on behalf of the district, is
14	14	6 authorized to execute and deliver to Fort Sheridan National
15	15	7 Cemetery, of the County of Lake, State of Illinois, a
16	16	8 quitclaim deed to the following described real property:

19	19	11 10, township 43 north, range 12 east of the third

130	130	1 Forest Preserve District shall obtain a certified copy of this
131	131	2 Act within 60 days after its effective date and shall record
132	132	3 the certified document in the Recorder's Office in the county

134	134	5 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
