2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

1 Forest Preserve District shall obtain a certified copy of this
2 Act within 60 days after its effective date and shall record
3 the certified document in the Recorder's Office in the county
4 in which the land is located.
5 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
6 becoming law.
