28 | 28 | | 17 information, including, but not limited to, facial or voice |
---|
29 | 29 | | 18 recognition software and software to conduct fingerprint, hand |
---|
30 | 30 | | 19 geometry, or iris or retinal scans. |

31 | 31 | | 20 "Facial recognition" means any tool using an automated or |
---|
32 | 32 | | 21 semiautomated process that assists in uniquely identifying or |

81 | 81 | | 11 biometric information under either of the following |

82 | 82 | | 12 conditions: |
---|
83 | 83 | | 13 (A) upon the student's graduation or withdrawal |
---|

---|
85 | 85 | | 15 (B) upon receipt in writing of a request for |
---|
86 | 86 | | 16 discontinuation by the individual having legal custody |
