3928 A BILL FOR AN ACT concerning utilities.
4029 Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Indiana:
4130 1 SECTION 1. [EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2025] (a) As used in this
4231 2 SECTION, "Indiana state government campus" means:
4332 3 (1) the Indiana state capitol building located at 200 West
4433 4 Washington Street;
4534 5 (2) the Indiana government center north building located at
4635 6 100 North Senate Avenue; and
4736 7 (3) the Indiana government center south building located at
4837 8 402 West Washington Street;
4938 9 in Indianapolis.
5039 10 (b) Not later than December 31, 2025, the Indiana department
5140 11 of administration may:
5241 12 (1) issue a request for proposals; and
5342 13 (2) award a contract;
54-14 under IC 5-22-9 for the performance of a feasibility study
55-15 concerning conducting an energy audit on the buildings of the
56-16 Indiana state government campus. The cost of the feasibility study
57-17 must be less than one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000).
