| 31 | 31 | | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | of the same, as follows: |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | 1 SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the position of |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | 2deputy fire chief in the fire department of the Town of Wrentham shall be exempt from chapter |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | 331 of the General Laws. |
|---|
| 36 | 36 | | 4 SECTION 2. Section 1 of this act shall not impair the civil service status of any person |
|---|
| 37 | 37 | | 5holding the position of deputy fire chief in the fire department of the Town of Wrentham on the |
|---|
| 38 | 38 | | 6effective date of this act. |

| 39 | 39 | | 7 SECTION 3. This act shall take effect upon its passage. |
