2929 An Act authorizing the town of Wrentham to exempt the position of Deputy Fire Chief from civil
3030 service.
3131 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
3232 of the same, as follows:
3333 1 SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the position of
3434 2deputy fire chief in the fire department of the Town of Wrentham shall be exempt from chapter
3535 331 of the General Laws.
3636 4 SECTION 2. Section 1 of this act shall not impair the civil service status of any person
3737 5holding the position of deputy fire chief in the fire department of the Town of Wrentham on the
3838 6effective date of this act.
3939 7 SECTION 3. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
