| 15 | 15 | 1 SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the town of | |
| 16 | 16 | 2Andover may use a certain parcel of land acquired by the town for school purposes by a deed | |
| 17 | 17 | 3recorded in the northern Essex district registry of deeds in book 509, page 278 for general | |
| 18 | 18 | 4municipal purposes which may include, but shall not be limited to, school and town | |
| 19 | 19 | 5administrative offices. The parcel shall be under the care, custody and control of the select board. | |
