An Act authorizing the town of Andover to convert a certain parcel of land for general municipal
purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the town of
2Andover may use a certain parcel of land acquired by the town for school purposes by a deed
3recorded in the northern Essex district registry of deeds in book 509, page 278 for general
4municipal purposes which may include, but shall not be limited to, school and town
5administrative offices. The parcel shall be under the care, custody and control of the select board.
6 SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
