18- SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF MARYLAND,
19-That, notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Division of Parole and Probation in
20-the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services shall:

22- (1) establish a Monitor III employee position classification in the Drinking
23-Driver Monitor Program and appoint an individual to fill the position; and

26-the Standard Pay Plan established by the Secretary of Budget and Management under §
27-8–101 of the State Personnel and Pensions Article.

29- SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect July
30-1, 2022.
