168 | - | that can be readily accessed to assist responses to behavioral health crises and the provision 20 | |
169 | - | of mental health services by first responders, health care providers, crisis communication 21 | |
170 | - | centers, crisis treatment centers, and any other partners designated by the Behavioral 22 | |
171 | - | Health Administration. 23 | |

173 | - | (2) The study shall include an assessment of the feasibility and costs 24 | |
174 | - | associated with: 25 | |

176 | - | (i) incorporating mental health advance directives into the State’s 26 | |
