19 2.Forthispurpose,thecourtshallhavepowertosummonanycityofficialorany
20privatepersontotestifyastothereasonablevalueoftheproperty,andifthecourtfindsthat
21adequateconsiderationhasbeenpaid,heshallconfirmthesaleandorderthesherifftoissuea
22deedwithrestrictionasprovidedhereintothepurchasersubjecttotheapplicationofan

30 3.Ifthesaleisconfirmed,thecourtshallordertheproceedsofthesaleappliedinthe

56noticeprovisionsunderthissection.
57 6.Forthepurposeofthissection,theterm"occupancypermit"shallmeanthe
58certificateof[useand]inspectionoroccupancypermitforresidentialorcommercial
59structuresasprovidedforintherevisedmunicipalcodeofanycitynotwithinacounty,
60whichnowhasormayhereafterhaveapopulationinexcessofthreehundredthousand
61inhabitants.
62 [6.]7.Ifthereisabuildingorstructureontheparcel,thepurchasershallapplyforan
63occupancypermitfromthecityorappropriategovernmentalagencywithintendaysafterthe
64confirmationhearing.Anypurchaserwhoisapubliccorporationactinginagovernmental
65capacityshallnotberequiredtoacquiretheoccupancypermit.Whenaparcel,acquiredata
66sheriffsale,containingabuildingissoldfromapubliccorporationactinginagovernmental
67capacity,thesubsequentpurchasershallberequiredtoapplyfortheoccupancypermit.
68Failuretoapplyforsuchoccupancypermitwithintendaysafterconfirmationshallresultin
69thesaleandconfirmationbeingimmediatelysetasidebythemotionofanyinterestedparty
70andthatparcelshallagainbeadvertisedandofferedforsalebythesherifftothehighest
71bidderatpublicauctionforcashatanysubsequentsheriffforeclosuresale.
72 [7.]8.Thesheriffshallincludeadeedrestrictioninthesheriff'sdeed,issuedafter
73confirmationandaftertheapplicationofanoccupancypermitforanyparcelcontaininga
74buildingorstructure.Thedeedrestrictionshallstatethatthepurchasersatthesheriff'ssale
75whohadthepropertyconfirmedandwhoappliedforanoccupancypermitshallobtainan
