BeitenactedbytheGeneralAssemblyofthestateofMissouri,asfollows:
SectionA.Section33.100,RSMo,isrepealedandonenewsectionenactedinlieu
2thereof,tobeknownassection33.100,toreadasfollows:
33.100.Thesalariesofallelectiveandappointiveofficersandemployeesofthestate
2shallbepaidoutofthestatetreasury,inbiweekly,semimonthly, ormonthlyinstallmentsas
3designatedbythecommissionerofadministration.Theaccountsandnamesoftheofficers
4andemployeesshallbepresentedtothecommissionerofadministrationandawarrant
5thereforuponthestatetreasuryshallbeissuedtobepaidoutoftheappropriationmadefor
6suchpurpose.Theaccountsoftheofficersandemployeesshallbestatedintheirnames,
7respectively,andthecorrectnessthereofshallbecertifiedtobytheofficers,respectively,in
8whoseemploymenttheyare.
